This journey is one of re-establishing connection with our Truest Self utilizing our environment and the angelic elements provided from our Earth Mother...

This is a 9 week journey of regaining authentic intimacy - 'IN TO ME I SEE'

Each week will begin with a 90 minute zoom call to introduce that weeks topic and set forth intentions for the progression of the group. 

Each Soul will be sent a course booklet that will include the intended structure of the course for each week, practices to incorporate during each week and resources for further individual learning...

• week 1&2 - 'LAND' - we will bring our focus to our body - our Earth. I will share practices that will serve to bring our awareness back into our bodies. Using grounding techniques that will allow for us to discover the divine intelligence of our vessels - to learn how to honor them as the temples that they truly are. To gain a better understanding of how our bodies store emotion and adopt rituals within our daily routines that encourage a balanced flow within our earthly instruments. 
• Week 3&4 - 'AIR' - We will bring our focus to our Breath. This aspect of our being is so often overlooked and underestimated in its powerful impact on our bodily health. So many of us are not breathing properly; too shallow and too rapidly as is encouraged by the dynamics of the society we currently live within. One that keeps us in a fear state - fight or flight. This state of being keeps us stuck within our egoistic mind of survival and inattentive to our full being. Bringing our awareness to the breath, learning how to breathe fully, wholly. I will share breathing techniques that, when implemented into our daily routine, can greatly benefit our physical, mental and emotional health.  Learning how to harness the air throughout our bodies to immediately relieve feelings of overwhelm and anxiety and bring us back to the NOW moment - our gift - the present. 
• Week 5&6 - 'WATER' - We will bring our focus to  our inner waters. Numerically, the word 'water' has the same value as the word 'soul'. It is on this principle that we will learn how to feed our Soul, how to maintain steady flow within our Selves to avoid stagnation of energy within us that leads to inflammation (An inner flamed nation) and dis-ease. I will share practices that will assist in developing a familiarity with our Soul and discovering it's purpose. Discovering the intention that Soul had in choosing YOU... I
• Week 7&8 - 'SUN' - We will bring our focus to our consciousness... where are we PAYING attention? Is it on that which serves our Highest expression? I will share practices on how to become more consciously aware within our daily being. I will assist in developing an awareness that serves to provide more fulfillment in daily life - transforming the mundane into the meaningful... 

Week 9 - The final week will consist of a coming together to discuss and celebrate what we have found within our Selves - what we have rediscovered and how we can practically progress further with the new skills learned to continue to improve quality of life and develop our Highest expression!
